Personal training sessions range from 45–60 minutes and include a personalized workout plan tailored to your goals, abilities, and support needs. We focus on building strength, confidence, functional movement, and independence at your pace.
These 60-minute classes include 2–4 participants to keep sessions safe, focused, and individualized. Athletes participate in adaptive strength training while also improving endurance, coordination, and confidence in a supportive group setting.
Our inclusive dance classes are open to anyone who wants to move, express themselves, and have fun. Classes are led by our dance instructor, Jessica, and are designed so all abilities can participate successfully.
We are proud to host and coach Train4Life, a 12-week adaptive fitness program in partnership with Special Olympics Tennessee. Sessions are held Wednesdays from 5:30–6:30 PM for athletes ages 13 and up, focusing on strength, endurance, and functional fitness. Our Homeschool PE program will provide structured physical education for children ages 7 and up, focusing on movement, social interaction, strength, and confidence. Classes will be inclusive and adaptable so every child can participate.
Inclusive yoga classes will focus on breathing, mobility, balance, and relaxation in a calm, supportive environment. Movements will be adapted for all ability levels so everyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga.

We welcome participants aged 7+ with varying abilities, including those with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. Programs are tailored to meet each individual’s goals and needs.

Yes. All of our trainers are certified in adaptive and inclusive fitness, and our programs are designed with safety and functionality in mind. Workouts are modified for each participant’s mobility and support needs.
We do not accept traditional insurance; however, we work with state programs that can help cover the cost of services, such as ECF Choices and Katie Beckett. If you have access to these programs, please reach out to your caseworker for approval, or contact us directly for guidance on how to set up coverage.
