We believe fitness is for everyone, and community is at the heart of what we do. I CAN partners with and shares a gym space with Tri-Star Strength and Rehab, which allows our athletes to train alongside other members of the community in an inclusive, real-world environment. This partnership creates opportunities for social connection, friendship, and true integration rather than separation. We celebrate individuality and ensure every person feels welcomed, supported, and valued.

We support the whole person, not just the workout. Our approach considers physical ability, emotional well-being, sensory needs, communication styles, and daily functional goals. Workouts are designed to improve strength, mobility, and confidence in everyday life. We collaborate with families, caregivers, and therapists when appropriate to support meaningful progress.

All abilities and experience levels are invited to train with us. Whether someone is new to fitness, uses adaptive equipment, or requires additional support, we meet them exactly where they are. Our coaches are trained to modify movements and environments so everyone can participate safely and successfully. If you want to move your body, you have a place here.

Our athletes make real progress—in strength, balance, coordination, and confidence. Families tell us they see improvements in independence, mood, and everyday participation at home, school, work, and in the community. We celebrate every milestone, big or small, because each step forward matters. At I CAN, progress is possible and achievable.
